pros - its simple with only 3 parts to make out the whole mechanism. Thus, lesser chance for product to malfunction.
Adv-it is simple and robust. movement of the car only requires forward and backwards
pros: Wont interfere in the direction the robot is moving.
Pros: Simple to made, save time and prevent drifting too far when returning can
pros - it is easy to manufacture, easy and simple design

cons - can may get into contact with wheel, thus causing it to move slower
Cons: not able to get more than 1 Can, not as wide as the normal clipper which has 2 gripper
cons: may touch wheels, jamming the robot.

Pros: Simple to made, save time and prevent drifting too far when returning can
Cons: not able to get more than 1 Can, not as wide as the normal clipper which has 2 gripper

Pros: simple to made, able to get more than 1 Can at once, prevent drifting too far
Cons: may excced height limit, Can may topple when returning

3. Monster truck
Pros: able to get more than 1 Can, able to retrieve toppled Can, cover a wide radius
Cons: time consuming when turning, too heavy causing speed to decrease

4. Conveyor Belt
Pros: retrieving Cans at a high speed, prevent drifting too far
Cons: Can may fall when moving to the back of the chasis, may not pick up the Can instead moving it backwards

5. Catapult
Pros: fastest Can retrival device, not much moving required
Cons: Can thrown may not cross finish line(lack of power), springs may not reset properly after each throw, rubber band may snap after much streching
